Refund policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, or if you simply change your mind after purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours at abuzarbulbulia@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Refunds
Approved refunds for damaged or incorrect items will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
